Last one before World championship in Lima

Yesterday together with Cédric we planned my last hurdles training in Belgium before our trip to Lima.

We are ready to enjoy our first world championship after our 2 Europeans one. We have some experience of international championships even if this one will be clearly a step higher.

However, we can have some ambitions. Being 6th on the ranking make us confident and so far trainings are going very well. So, all ingredients are there to make the most out of this championship: Joy, confidence, trust, pleasure, support and so many other things.
