After several weeks devoted to general physical preparation, I have resumed technical training on hurdles for three weeks now. The sensations are rather good, and above all, the pains that have slowed me down in recent months are absent during the sessions. It is a real relief to be able to gradually find the rhythm and the specific supports for hurdles without feeling any major discomfort.

Of course, there is still a little sensitivity the day after the sessions, but nothing to worry about for now. With Cédric, Shaena and Greg, we prefer to move forward cautiously to avoid any risk of relapse. For the moment, one technical session per week is on the program, but the progress is encouraging, and we plan to increase to two sessions per week very soon.

This step is crucial in my preparation for the upcoming season. Finding the feeling on the hurdles is essential to continue to progress, especially in this new U23 category where the competition will be more demanding than ever.

I would like to thank my staff for the follow-up and attention given to my recovery. The road is still long, but these first positive signs motivate me enormously for the future.

Stay tuned to follow the next steps of my preparation!
